“The Broadway campus has been thoughtfully and intentionally designed to support our students through every step of their unique academic journey, from kindergarten to high school,” said Superintendent of Schools Charlotte Ciancio. Global Schools replaced the nearly 60-year-old school building that originally opened as John Dewey Middle School. The campus design concept focuses on creating a comfortable, village-like environment fostering consistency and familiarity across the experience of students from preschool to high school, embodying the “small by design” approach. of the district. The four new buildings each have specific exterior architectural features surrounding a central field creating a flexible setting for school activities, outdoor classrooms and community events.

Pre-kindergarten classes have dedicated spaces and playgrounds specially designed to accommodate children of this age and level of learning.

The Global Intermediate Academy accommodates approximately 350 students in grades four to eight in a 46,000 square foot, two story building. Each grade level is co-located in its own “neighborhood” within the school, with relaxation areas designed for student collaboration outside of physical classrooms.

The Global Leadership Academy welcomes 400 students from grades 9 to 12. The 65,000 square foot, three story school features a competition gymnasium and a synthetic turf soccer field.
