WEST BRANCH, Michigan. – The community is invited to attend the Medical Arts Center Morning of Remembrance, an outdoor event that will feature photos of old buildings and new building plans. The event will take place on Wednesday, Jan.5, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. in front of the Medical Arts Center at 335 E. Houghton Ave., West Branch.
The event will feature speakers from MyMichigan Health who will discuss new construction and growth strategy plans for the West branch. The Medical Arts Center (former Tolfree Hospital) will be replaced with a new facility to accommodate a growing number of current and future providers and services. The 25,000 square foot health park will be more comfortable and convenient for patients while meeting the latest health and safety standards. The facility will be the future home of family and internal medicine providers and pediatricians, with convenient laboratory, imaging, emergency care and occupational health services on site. Once the new health park is completed, the existing health park will be converted into a specialized clinic.
During Remembrance Matinee, attendees will also enjoy a seasonal musical, free cookies and cocoa. RSVPS are not required to attend.
