Landscapes, dreamscapes opens 8 September at Suffolk Art Gallery – The Suffolk News-Herald

The Suffolk Art Gallery presents “I Have to go: Landscapes and Dreamscapes by Jenny Bonner and Katey Morrill” from September 9 to October 14.

It is in the Suffolk Art Gallery, 118 Bosley Avenue. In “I Gotta Go,” Bonner and Morrill present an exhibition of landscapes and dreamscapes using acrylic paint, mixed media and photography, according to a press release. Their works offer complementary methods for seeing and understanding space as a moment of place and a record of time. Bonner and Morrill are both graduates of the MFA program at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

An opening reception is scheduled from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, September 9.

The Suffolk Art Gallery is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday to Saturday, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday and closed Monday. All Suffolk Art Gallery exhibitions and previews are free and open to the public.
