Enjoy two new art exhibits in the SCV

Discover beautifully unique works of art in the exhibitions “Pampered Pets” and “ARTree – Creating Creatives”
The City of Santa Clarita Arts Division invites people of all ages to experience the latest art exhibits in our community. Each exhibition is free and open to the public to enjoy throughout the spring. New art exhibits include:
• ‘Pampered Pets’ group show at Newhall Community Center (open until 21 March 2022)
• Student-Teacher Art Exhibition “ARTree – Creating Creatives” at Old Town Newhall Library (on display from 24 January to 15 April 2022)
The new “Pampered Pets” gallery features the furry, feathered and scaly friends that can live in your home. Pets bring comfort, joy and certainly entertainment to any household. Each artwork shows the courage, attitude and personality of each pet. Be sure to wander around the exhibit and find your favorite pet. In addition to the in-person exhibition, the artworks can also be viewed in the online virtual gallery.
“ARTree – Creating Creations” is another local opportunity to enjoy unique, multi-media art crafted by students and teachers at the non-profit art center ARTree. Launched in 2010 with a commitment to providing artistic opportunities for all ages and walks of life, ARTree has now developed deep roots in our community. Explore all of the artwork on display while enjoying light refreshments and music during the Art Reception on January 26, 6:00-8:00 p.m. All artwork can be viewed online as well as in the virtual gallery.
