Music announcements

Country artist Morgan Wallen announces an arena tour at Brookshire Arena.

Country sensation Morgan Wallen announced his “The Dangerous Tour” come to Brookshire Grocery Arena in the spring.

I also spoke with Lindsey Stirling about his next concert, “The Lindsey Stirling Christmas Program” coming to the Shreveport Municipal Auditorium on November 27th.

Local talent is making waves

Artspace's new exhibit is called Along for the Ride and is produced by architect Mike McSwain and his son Larsson on their travels through Louisiana, Texas, Colorado and New York.

Local fan favorite Jershika Maple made it to the top 11 on NBC’s the Voice this week. Her portrayal of KING & COUNTRY’s “God Only Knows” made former coach Kelly Clarkson cry.

Father and son artists Mike and Larsson McSwain opened their art exhibition “Along for the Ride” at Artspace on Friday November 12th. The exhibit takes you on a journey across the country amid the pandemic through their eyes and runs through January 15, 2022.

Finally, the Emmett Hook Center gets into the Christmas spirit early with the hit Broadway show “Elf: The Musical“arrive on stage from Friday, November 19.

The holidays are coming up fast
