Amani was formed to share the concept of peace through music, performing for people of all ages, races and religious affiliations. Amani performs hits from a variety of genres including The Great American Songbook, Gospel, R&B, Jazz, Bossa Nova and Broadway. This performance, of course, will include a selection of holiday favorites.

The band members are seasoned musicians led by Marty Eigen on woodwinds, vocalist Stephen Fuller, pianist Fred Fischer, bassist Gene Perla, Gordon Lane on drums and Bill Ash on trumpet.

This will be the 18th annual holiday visit to the WAC by Eigen, who has frequently contributed to the Centre’s “JaZZ in the Gallery” series, with his Beacon Hill Jazz Band as well as other renowned jazz performers.

Tickets cost $ 20 per person and must be purchased in advance. Tickets will not be sold at the door. All internal events and performance will require proof of vaccination and masking.
