How do I join KFAR?

You mean there's no membership form or dues to pay?
KFAR is the Hebrew word for Village, and in keeping with that notion of community, it does not charge dues.  We do offer discounted event tickets to those individuals who support the organization with an annual gift.  As for a form, by joining this site, you've basically joined the organization. 

Is KFAR part of an organization or movement?
We are an independent cultural entity that trandscends traditional institutions and movements.  Though we play in integral role in the community, we are not officially affiliated nor funded by any central umbrella organization or agency.

Where does KFAR get its funding?
About a quarter of our budget is met through program and ticket revenue, but the vast majority of our support comes from special grants and the generous contributions of independent community members who prize our organization's role.  To join their growing ranks, click here.

Can I use the videos, pictures and music I find on this sight?
Of course!  We're glad to have helped you discover something you like!  In fact we've formatted these media players as 'widgets' that you can embed  on any other website- we're even working on a facebook application to that end!

Why are there ticketing fees on top of the ticket value?
KFAR uses ticketweb for most of its advance ticketing because its the safest, most reliable service for consumers and its what most of our venue partners also use.  None of the ticketing fees go to our organization, and we discount our advance tickets in part to offset those fees.  Advance ticketing is really a convenience that helps you avoid some of the sellout situations we encountered in the past.
