Wish this posting sooner... We'd have put it on the calendar.
How do I get things posted on the Calendar? I have an ensemble that does 2 performances per month. Our season Finales are coming up:
May 29th-Classical Series Finale
June 7th-Contemporary Series Finale (featuring a new piece by myself and the string quartet "Yiddishbuk" by CSO composer-in-residence, Oswaldo Golijov.
First, I'm glad you joined the community here. Let me answer you by outlining our event postings a little more clearly. We've only recently begun to list events beyond our own organization's, and the policy and practice are still emerging.

That said, there are three categories:
1. Events which regardless of content or nature can be posted to individuals' profiles.
2. Events of an artistic or cultural nature containing significant Jewish themes or content.
These may be approved by a moderator and thus appear on the site's general calendar.
3. Events sponsored or produced by KFAR, which are 'featured' and promote on the site and via our facebook group and e-newsletter.

The May 29 event falls into the first category, the June 7th into the 2nd category.
I would very much like to speak with you about the possibility of Anaphora performing Yiddishbuk for us in the capacity of the third category, or we can discuss doing that on the 7th itself. Give me a shout tomorrow to discuss just that, and depending on what we come up with, I can give you instructions on how to post an event.
